Comcastic

So we just added phone and internet to bundle with our Comcast cable. My roommate just called to check on our bill, and it was totally messed up and showing almost $400. What the @#$#?

She's calling tomorrow to tell them to change it to what we were quoted, or shut the whole thing off. She called them tonight and actually said, "Did I just get ripped off?" to which the customer service rep didn't say anything. Boo!!!!
